I love you more today than yesterday, but not as much as tomorrow



I remember when the two of us were in the early days of dating and I thought that it was impossible to feel more in love than I did right then. It seems funny after a few years of marriage because it is so much better now than it was then.

The beginning was fun and flirty and comfortable. Today, our marriage is all of those things, only magnified. I can't imagine being more in love than I am at this very moment.

There is not a single day that goes by without us laughing together. Even on our darkest days, we find ways to bring a smile to each other's faces. So far, it has been impossible for us to stay mad at each other for more than a few minutes because we start to miss laughing pretty quickly.

We are thankful for each other everyday because we know what it feels like to be lonely and have both endured the ache of a broken heart. I am exactly the woman I wanted to grow up to be and a lot of that has to do with the man I chose to spend the rest of my life with.  I am so glad.
